Amazing! We went 2 times there to gather information and to deliver our luggages. Even with a broken japanese and the use of a Google translator we were able to do everything. The two ladies that helped us were really, really gentle and friendly!! It was so nice! When we arrived at the hotel, our luggage was there. Yamato is always flawless!!

My group and I had a wonderful experience here! We were doing a luggage transfer. The staff was extremely helpful even though we spoke limited Japanese. One of the ladies was super sweet and helped walk us through the process in getting our luggage transferred to our hotel in Osaka. I highly recommend this location, especially if you need luggage transport.

個人利用・持ち込みでの営業所の入り口は駐車場への通路側にある出入り口ではなく、ニューステイトメナー内にある入り口になります。
アプリ、ネットオークションやフリマアプリでの伝票印刷の出来るネコピットはそちらの入口正面に配置

入口側にネコピットがあり、隣には受付用の机
伺うとスタッフがサイズ・重さ確認をそこでしていただけます。

とても狭いのであまりにも大きいものは駐車場通路側に持ち込む形になるかもしれません

受付は対面で１人のみなので複数の利用者が同時に被ると結構待たされることもあります

混雑している場合、ヤマト営業所からの発送にこだわりがなければ駐車場通路側の向かいにあるセブンイレブンからの発送も可能

They are so quick and friendly. Even though my japanese is minimal, the employees were so patient and helpful. I recommend Yamato to everyone trying to ship their bags to hotels across Japan.
