It’s insane that this terminal wants to keep hiring more owner operators to work but there isn’t enough work. They bring on drivers and promise them great pay and work but I’m sitting here with hardly any work. They should take care of the drivers that are currently working and keep us moving, without having us wait for hours at a time for a single round trip to the port! Also I would like to add that during this pandemic our terminal hasn’t taken enough action towards our safety, instead they have closed the office doors, and dispatched through a glass window. This makes it incredibly hard to get a hold of a dispatcher.

PLEASE READ I wish i could give them 0 STARS these people have the worse customer service they dont care about anything they just want to finish early and go home i know this because this is what i was told from XPO that the delivery guys basically want to finish route early so they just show up early to be done asap not even paying any attention or care in the world they just show up at your house to be done with route!!! but i have yet to wait on my fridge that was suppose to be delivered on Monday 11/05 after 5pm like i had ordered and yet I've had 3 guys come to my house at 3pm for 3 days in a row at whatever time they feel like it even tho i said delivery after 5pm!!!! also i had been dealing with multiple managers that dont give a damn about anything and in my situation i unfortunetly ended up dealing with George the "manager" which very unprofessional because after i explained that his delivery guys show up whenever they want he mentioned that for them any delivery after 5pm is an issue but that he would be able to take care of it so he gave me his number if i had any questions and he confirmed my cell number so that later on i could be contacted with a status on my delivery((which never happened )) an hr later i called him multiple times -no response i even texted him-no response! once he found out my husband was calling from a different number he hung upon him twice! i had to call operations manager from missouri city and he explained to me some one was finally in route to deliver my fridge after 4 days of waiting for it smh worse company ever!!!! 0 STARS!!!!! and finally i received my fridge but lowes had to get a different company to deliver my fridge! anyways!! ask who will deliver before u order people!!!!!! i ordered from lowes point is this company is the worse!!!!!

When I was buying a stove from Home Depot, I said to the salesman, "Shouldn't I measure my space for it in my kitchen?" He said, "No. It's standard." When XPO Logistics delivered it, it didn't fit. The delivery man suggested that I leave the range in my living room until I get a carpenter to open up the space. I adamantly said that I didn't want it in my living room. I didn't want him to leave it with me. But he convinced me to keep it. I said, "But shouldn't we measure it first?" He said, "No. It's standard." Well my kitchen was standard in the 1960s. If I keep the stove, the top of the back of it will be seen from the living room and the range will jut out so far in the kitchen that I won't be able to open the cabinet under the sink. Right now I have a stove in my living room that will cost me $200 to return. Why doesn't XPO Logistics tell their employees to listen to customers. And why couldn't that XPO employee tell me the cost I'd have to pay for following his advice?
