Rented a gravel bike from them for a few hours for a wedding day quick loop. The bikes were all dialed when we got there. I believe Zach helped us out. Sorry if that is not correct. He hooked us up with some multi tools and some spare tubes for the loop. Ride was great! Zack even hooked the Groom up with a shop shirt when we got back. Would highly recommend these guys. If I am ever back in town I will be coming back! Thanks guys!

Superb experience renting a gravel bike from these folks. Zac was extremely helpful throughout the process before, during, and after my rental, and helped me find out nice routes to ride on. 100% renting from here again when I visit Cottonwood next.

I recently rented a gravel bike from Verde valley bicycle company and had an awesome experience. Zac and Julian were very helpful and not only provided excellent customer service they also provided details on Local rides. The process to pick up and drop off the bike was seamless. Best bike shop! I have been to various bike shops across the mid west and south west and they are the best that I’ve come across. My shifting and breaks felt like new after having my Rock Hopper tuned. I did a group ride and the owner and mechanic were with and I also hung out and chatted with each for a few hours. These are guys that are contributing to their community and love the sport. I wish this was my home town. They are super friendly and are good with kids 👍👍 five stars!

Best experience- You need to use this bike shop! I am an elderly woman, single and wanted to ride up here while visiting. I stopped into the shop to see if they had bikes to rent and maybe some idea’s where to ride. Zac was amazing and so enthusiastic! I got a personal tour today with the owner Greg. 1 on 1. Can’t thank him enough for the wonderful morning. He is knowledgeable, personable, and kind. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you all.

Brought my older stump jumper in for shifting troubles and I incorrectly assumed it was a hanger. After talking with the tech, I decided to leave it with them for some new cables and a time up. A week and a reasonable fee later, my bike has never shifted so good. No upsell. Thanks!

Hands down this has to be the greatest bike shop I’ve ever been too. Gregg Zack and everyone there are so kind and responsive. I got hit by a car and totaled my old mongoose. They found a bike they could fix up for me for cheap. Decided to just get a new one. We ordered it that day. Came in a few days later and they rushed the assembly for me since it’s my only transportation. My chain broke and I called them, they said to bring it in for a warranty repair. ❤️ best bike shop ever and great people. Makes my commute to rooster and my other restaurants so much better. Thanks again!!!!
