It was fantastic to be a tourist ourselves for a change. Exploring Puerto Pollenca Mallorca by e-bike is a must do experience. The bike path is fantastic with stunning views the whole way. Max at Urbanape was extremely helpful and the bikes were really excellent. ?‍♀️‍♂️

PLEASE AVOID!!!!!!

We hired a couple of scooters for 3 hours, after less than 20 mins the the scooter malfunctioned causing a relative to come off! On return, we was told an investigation would need to be carried on out on the scooter and that he would be in contact with us shortly! On return the following day we was told it was our fault and we would have to pay the insurance access of 250 euros! Despite them given us faulty equipment! The photos of the damage clearly shows that it wasn’t down to user error!
All the guy was interested in was getting money for his scooter and nothing else, horrendous experience wouldn’t recommend going with them at all!
All out for making money off poor looked after and serviced equipment! Please AVOID! Unless you want to end up in hospital! Oh and the guy behind the counter was really rude and threw a business card at me, along with the paperwork! He was only interested in the sale he had lost the previous day due the issue we had and the customer not wanting to go with them anymore! Poor service from start to finish! The 20 mins cost us over 400 euros and a trip to A&E!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We hired E-scooters during our holiday to explore the island and it started a holiday nightmare. One of the scooters was faulty leading to a member of our group falling off and seriously hurting herself as the scooter collapsed in half mid ride. A scooter we were told had been thoroughly checked over before we left.

We spoke to the man in the shop (Maxim Ben Chauouch) as she went off to hospital, who appeared worried and understanding, only to find that he was later rude, dishonest and aggressive when we challenged the safety of the scooter including throwing a contract and business card in my face. He charged us €250 for the ‘damage’ to the scooter, completely disregarding the faulty scooter that caused to my family member serious injury.

If you want to avoid A&E on holiday, steer clear of urban ape. They are death traps that are not given safety checks as described.

We rented two mopeds and it was insane fun! The prices are good. For 50€ we got a full day of fun and very good mopeds. They drove really well and the owner was a very friendly and nice person.

We rented mopeds from UrbanApe on two occasions and have nothing but positive things to say. The bikes and helmets were brand new and in perfect condition. Prices were modestly higher than other spots, but it was justified by the higher quality product vs others spots (which we also rented from).

Added bonus that the owner was just an awesome person, he was a pleasure and made the experience even better.
