Malisimo llevo desde el domingo 24 de abril esperando un paquete de amazon que llego a reedsburg y ellos lo pierden por su mal manejo del correo y tiene el descaro de decirme q reclame a amazon cuando ello tiene la culpa de perder mi paquete en otra recidencia q no era la mia de verdad son unos inrresposables ya van 2 paquete q se pierden el pirmero se perdio y de buena suerte lo recuperaron pero el otro todavia esperando fueron $116 dolares en ese paquete y no respoden por el a la verdad que no sirven y estoy bien molesta sobre la situacion y espero en dios que me cosigan el paquete por que no respondo y si van a poner a inutiles a hacer el trabajo que preocuren hacerlo bien y dejar de ser tan inrresposables por que el dinero q se pierde es el de uno no el de ellos. No wonder it's a 1.8 rating. I wouldn't give it a star if I could write a review without it. These people told me my package was delivered on two occasions after I told them that it was not in the box I looked three times in 2 days. They said that they did not have my apartment number on it but usually when there's no apartment number on a package they take it back to the post office and tell you you have to come and collect it , so why didn't that happen? Today they told me they can't find it and they need to wait until tomorrow for the guy that delivered it to come to ask him. Tomorrow is Friday and then the weekend they're closed. This situation has gone on for basically a week now. And they do the bullshit knowingly because they don't care. The thing is I wouldn't mind if they had said that they lost it the first day, I'm upset because they lied 2 days in a row as if I cannot see inside my own mailbox.

I have lived in Reedsburg for over 5 years, and I have never consistently gotten my mail or packages. Every other day, I'm receiving someone else's or I never see my package. I have loss money on things I've ordered bc of wrong delivery and not everyone is kind like my husband and I to return to correct address. I'm so beyond fed up. We have to have important items delivered to a relative in Baraboo bc of this consistent issue.

VERY rude post office staff. Packages are sometimes dumped into snow bank next to the mail box. Recently just found some shoes I ordered from Amazon late and partly buried in the snow bank when shoveling...the bag they were in were perfectly camouflaged in the snow. Sometimes the mailman will try to stuff a package into the box even if it doesn't fit, because they are too lazy to walk up to the porch. Also there was a time when the mail truck kept honking at me to come out to meet him (and pick up a package?), but I couldn't because I was on a conference call. Not sure how he even knew I was home. Crazy unprofessional behavior.

I'm getting sick and tired of them not delivering our packages to our house. They constantly show up at the neighbors house. I've called about it many times and nothing changes.

I had a very pleasant experience for my short visit here to mail two Priority envelopes. While I was filling out a few forms I heard friendly interactions with other customers. I was there about 10 minutes prior to closing and they were very efficient and I did not feel rushed at all.

No complaints here!

The customer service I received today from the worker named Duane there was horrible. He was rude, disrespectful and terrible manorisms. I called just a few days prior and the gentleman I spoke to at that time was pleasant, helpful and patient, he is the ONLY reason I am giving any stars. I applaud all postal service workers but there is never a need ro be so brash, harsh and rude three words into a simple conversation.

If I could leave 0 as a rating, I would. I have had multiple issues with a gentleman named Duane (not sure if that is how it is spelled). The customer service I have received from this particular post office worker has been horrendous. I called and asked the about the process of my mail being held, he instructed me to go online and complete the process there. I have since been having mail STILL delivered to my address (Birthday gifts and Christmas gifts that are too large to fit in a mailbox). I specifically wanted my mail held due to the fact that I wouldn't be able to get it from my front door within timely manner (afraid of someone stealing my packages out front my apartment door) and my lock being difficult to open. I have called multiple times expressing my concern and am interrupted by him saying "yeah yeah yeah". Now, I went to the post office where the front clerk could still not find the few pieces of mail they did in fact hold. While I'm standing at the counter with multiple people behind me, Duane is yelling from the back room, behind wall, stating how this is still my fault (keep in mind, I followed all the instructions he told me to follow on the phone to prevent this from happening). I was humiliated. His customer service skills are 100% inadequate for dealing with the public, and disrespectful in general. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to receive the respect as a customer that you deserve.
