Hace Poco Ayude En Una Mudanza Y El Camión Funcionó Bastante Bien, Sólo Un Detallito En La Puerta Trasera, Se Estanco Y No Se Pudo Descargar El Mismo Día, Pero La Arreglaron Y Les Dieron Tiempo Extra Para Usarlo Y Sin Cobrar Recargo.

As if the stress of moving isn’t enough, this company will give you a truck with the loading door wide open in the middle of winter, covered in dirt on less than a quarter tank, then when you return it with the same amount of gas (as requested) they’ll say you returned it on empty, charge you $77.50 for a gas and refilling charge, and charge you for an additional 11 miles! Good thing I took a photo since they would not to come out to check the truck when I dropped it off. Online quoted $97, paid $134 in person for 12 miles. My final online charge was almost $300. The company was supposed to reach out with a resolution to my claim yesterday and still nothing. Never using this company again.

Was there yesterday, Man at front desk was very rude! When asked a question he would literally not respond. He also was vaping and on FaceTime. During work hours is very unprofessional.

I was very worried to go to the W Allegheny Ave. location as I am a female from NJ and I wasn't sure how safe it would be yet when I arrived the Employess were absolutely fantastic and the area that this Uhaul was located in I felt very safe! Thank you to both the young man and woman that were working there the day I picked up the trailer. They both had smiles on their faces, were so polite and helpful and are a True Asset to the Company! I won't hesitate using them again in the Future!

I was hustled by an employee about lies. He tried to make me think the truck was dirty because of me and I knew it wasn’t I took pictures of everything and I put the gas back he said I didn’t. He told me to leave $30 on the seat and he would stop charges I know I didn’t have. I feel like he saw me as a single mom struggling and used it on me. I need to talk to a manager asap.
