Edited, they were very nice when I came in during business hours, and were willing to extend my reservation.

Original Review: Be aware that vehicles are stacked with vehicles being sandwiched in the center… I was using the 24/7 share option to pick up the vehicle outside of business hours, made it to the point of finding my vehicle and it was immovable without pushing the other vehicles out of the way. I called and went home, as we were told we could wait until they opened, but UHaul had already marked my vehicle dispatched. So my 6 hour reservation was brought down to 2.5 hours or less. Terrible, if there is a bother to lock the key up, then there should be an additional bother to move the vehicle so it is ready to be picked up. This is a terrible service in my opinion, a waste of my time and others time.

I recently had a terrible experience at the U-Haul on Byron Center Road in Grand Rapids. The staff was completely unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns. When I tried to voice my complaints, they outright told me it didn’t matter because their family was in management. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of customer service. I will never use this location again and strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

I was charged, harassed, and billed for having absolutely nothing in a unit. Not only that I sent one month a money order and they told me they didn't receive it so I had to send the payment again I moved out of state told them I didn't need their services and they still charged me a bill that is outstanding till this day
