We booked a car through the company's website, U-Save.com, and received a booking confirmation. On a Saturday morning, my boyfriend and I went to their office to pick up the car. We were greeted by an unprofessional and unpleasant woman who immediately informed us that no car was available for us. We couldn't even show her our booking confirmation; she shouted that it was due to a third company (which was untrue) and that she had no cars available. She refused to help us find a solution or contact a colleague, stating that this situation was common but that she wouldn't take any responsibility to resolve it.

We left the office, shocked and without a car or explanation. Fortunately, there was a competing car rental company nearby (Entreprise), where we were able to find a solution. I recommend avoiding U-Save at all cost and work with Entreprise instead.

I highly recommend U-Save Car and Truck Rental in the Auburn-Opelika area. This rental location has been fantastic to work with, affordable prices and courteous staff. Mike was awesome and worked with me to get me in rental car on the weekend. Would highly recommend them for all your rental car needs.

The lady that was working today was not friendly at all. No hello, no smile just an unwelcoming vibe. She just seemed like she didn’t wanna help me at all. Avoid going here I know I will.

This rental location was fantastic to work with! Fast service, easy to communicate with and very flexible with our needs as we were dealing with an unknown timeline on a vehicle repair. Would highly recommend!

I definitely recommend Usave car rental to anybody and everybody in or around Auburn / Opelika area in need of a vehicle. they are very reasonably priced (cheap) and extremely friendly. I was even surprised they answered the Facebook chat very timely even outside of regular business hours. even though my circumstances were not able to rent the vehicle right now when I am ready I will definitely be coming to this location hand down. God bless
