Tri-State Equipment Rentals Bullhead City/Ft Mohave

Love these guys. Great prices and they have what I need when I need it, even though I am in Kingman now.

If I could give 10 stars I would. This company is awesome. This is our first time renting from Tri State and we needed to rent a forklift for our wastewater treatment plant. Very professional and excellent customer service skills. Justin who works the yard at Tri State helped me out with any questions and suggestions I had for this project. Jesse the transport guy that delivered the rental went way above and beyond helping me drop off the unit in a specific area on location. Our entrance at the facility is very challenging to maneuver heavy equipment being delivered. Jesse is well expierenced and went above expectations. The price for the rental was half the cost compared to other companies in our area. Our company JWWater owns 18 utilities in the area and we will be using Tri State Rentals from here on out. Best rental company by far. Highly recommended.

So while I didn't have to deal with this company in any sort of professional manner related to their actual job ability. The owner employees drivers that feel the need to drive 55 mph down Casino Drive in the middle of morning traffic in a vehicle that they couldn't control if a pedestrian stepped off the sidewalk in front of him. As well as driving while using a cell phone and purposely almost hitting cars in front of him when coming to a light. Doing it spitefully because he would wait to the last minute to stop. When I called the company to find out the drivers name to report him to the Laughlin police for wreckless driving the owner decided to keep the name of the driver hidden and protect him under a half hearted "i will deal with it attitude" sliightly laughing in his voice because "his driver didn't have an accident or cause any damage". So I guess unless his driver has an accident or hurts or kills someone the owner of this company really doesn't care. But after reading more negative reviews then positive on his business practices I can tell you the employee's actions only reflex the owner attitude. As such if i could give them a -5 stars I would and definitely don't recommend using this company for anything.

Great service. and great people. I called them after hours with an emergency need and they got the equipment i needed to the construction site in Bullhead City. You can depend on them!!!
