Extremely disappointed in the care I received on Saturday. I have been a patient for 20+ years. My concerns were dismissed. Provider diagnosed it as anxiety and told me to drink more water!! With the symptoms I have and STILL have, anyone would be anxious. I have recently been diagnosed with a medical condition and the lab results suggest that I am correct in my concerns. I reviewed my visit history and there are 7 inaccuracies from what I told them to what they recorded. Great example of medical gaslighting. Probably time to find a new facility.

We delivered our first born child at Tri Valley.

As new parents we did not know what to expect and could not be more grateful. We had the best care from ALL Staff (Nursing, Anesthesiology, Imaging, Lab, Dietary, Billing the whole crew) and especially our Doctor (Kaspar-Cope).

The education that was provided was more than helpful before/after her birth and she continues as a patient with her provider today for the best care possible. Having the same care provider in the same facility is a huge win for us. We are fortunate to have these services in our small community.

Charged me roughly $700 for basic labs and a physical (from a PA). Price gouging at its finest. I normally would pay $300 OOP to see my normal physician for the same thing.

I see nurse practitioner Candice Haddon, love her. She takes care of my entire household. She took care of my dad and myself as a nurse 20yrs ago. It's hard to find a doctor that you truly trust and feel comfortable with and that actually cares about you not just a check. My family Found that in Candice Haddon.

Called ahead to have my young son checked out, nurses insist to just have the provider call back. Doctor called back to tell me to up his dose on fever reducer. Took him to another hospital to find out he has influenza a!!!
