Está compañía trabaja con tiendas grandes no tocan la puerta para entregarle los paquetes en la mano ya ban 3 paquetes que me van robando por culpa de ellos como no es del bolsillos de ellos que gastan el dinero para las compras no les importa sabiendo que otras personas se roban los paquetes deberían de contratar a UPS y FedEx que son más profesionales, mas responsables y amables al entregar los paquetes ellos tocan la puerta y entregan los paquetes en la mano y si el cliente del paquete no se encuentra en casa ellos dejan una nota y entregan el paquete el siguiente día eso se llama responsabilidad y buen servicio de UPS y FedEx ellos si merecen 5 Estrellas ustedes 0 Estrella o nada irresponsables la compania pierda el cliente pierde y habeces le echamos la culpa a las tiendas por ser tan irresponsables por contratar companias de envío sumamente IRESPONSABLES como lo es esta compania

Esta empresa de envíos es la peor! Los paquetes llegan a altas horas de la noche a tu casa, cuando ya estás en la cama listo para dormir, es increíble que la inmensa mayoría de las empresas trabajan hasta las 6-7 pm pero ellos hacen entregas hasta a las 10 pm (aún haciendo un pedido con bastante anticipación) no tienen nada de sentido. Además algunos paquetes simplemente se pierden. Es todo un desastre de empresa.

There should be a zero stars for this company. If you see your package being delivered by them CANCEL IT ASAP!! The worse ever experience!! I ordered an Essentials hoodie for my daughter as a Birthday present. Even paid extra at Stockxx for faster delivery. TForce has had my package for 4 days stating it was out for delivery by 9pm each day. Each day, Nothing received. Next day same status. 2nd day says my HOUSE was not accessible which is not true as I get packages all day and again this is a house not a building you need access to. 4th day says out for delivery AGAIN! I emailed multiple times and I called. ESCALATED to call the facility which is 30mins from my house. All of a sudden by 3pm day 4, it states delivered at 11am. LIES as I so happen to be outside my house at that exact time as Amazon just delivered a package to me at 11am. I checked everywhere on my porch and around my house, no package was delivered. Called customer service they say delivered and are clueless and I am waiting. My package is just lost. My best guess is STOLEN in their facility. This carrier is trash. Do not trust them to deliver to you!! Be WARNED!

Package from Zara was meant to be delivered yesterday before 9pm - check the tracking then and it shows an update at 8.52pm that delivery was “unsafe” so it would be delivered that day. Same again today where at the end of the day an update on the tracking at 8.57pm saying “delivery delayed”. I’ve never had this issue with any other US courier and I’d paid extra for this to be delivered quicker.

I would give 0 star if I can. Worst courier ever. They have been holding my packages without even attempt to deliver. They said they couldn't find a safe place to drop the first time, which is really weird because we have 24-7 staff at the front desk, and other courier services never had a problem. Their customer service is very unhelpful, and they cannot tell me more information about my packages other than they are not loaded and don't know when the next delivery will happen.

I was very excited when my order arrived, but unfortunately TForce Logistics delivered an empty box. They stole my child’s back to school sneakers that I purchased from StockX. Please never use TForce Logistics.

Absolutely the most horrendous delivery service. The mathematical odds of the delivery happening and on time are probably 80% at best. Which means every 5th time you won't get the package. Why on Earth would RentTheRunway partner up with this awful service is beyond me.

I didn't think it was possible to have one star as an average review but here we are. Probably the lowest rated company in the country.

These folks are terrible! The three times that I used them the drivers delivered my packages to the wrong house! The drivers contact you before delivery and after they screw up they never answer calls or texts. One of the drivers told me that their GPS mapping system is old and obsolete.
