If you are reading this find another Shipper. Zero accountability. Shipped a Golf Cart from WA to NJ. Golf Cart was in perfect condition and recently fully serviced. Drove on to the trailer and could not drive it off. Somewhere something happened to break the motor mounts and Starter mounts, which is a hell of a hard thing to do. The driver was nice and didn’t speak English, but realized that it had broken during transport. The Broker, Vitaly, said that my cart was junk and didn’t run good before it broke. I was shocked that someone who had never seen the cart called it junk. All I wanted was to make a claim and he wouldn’t even let me do that. After a long back and forth in which he also told me it was an easy fix and that all I needed to do was tighten the belt. This guy was sure fun to talk to. I have never been talked down to by someone who doesn’t even know me, let alone a customer. I will update and let everyone know what the outcome will be. Let’s see if Jordan Zinger and upper management are willing to do the right thing.
