I had a good experience using Seko.

I ordered a sofa from World Market on June 12. The order shipped from VA on the 14th with Seko (I did not choose the logistics company to use). Seko’s shipment tracking info was accurate throughout the duration of the shipping process. On the 16th, I received a call from Seko rep to notify me that the shipment arrived at the holding facility in Philly and that they could schedule a time for delivery sometime the following week. I scheduled for delivery the following Monday, the 20th. The rep said it would be delivered between 11-5. On the 20th, I received a call from the delivery driver around 10:45 a.m. to inform me that they would be arriving at my residence within 15 minutes. They arrived on time, and it only took them a couple minutes to unload the sofa into my living room. They were very professional, and the sofa was in perfect condition.

Based on my experience, I would be willing to use their services again.

Shout out to Barb! I had an order that was in limbo because the delivery truck was too large to come down my street. Barb busted her butt to find someone with a smaller truck to complete the order for me. She kept in contact with me through the whole process so I would know the status of the order. Such a sweet lady and amazing customer service. Hard to find these days. She deserves a raise.

Ordered a patio dining set through Home Depot. Their contracted shipper was Seko Worldwide. On the first order, one of three boxes was lost, and a second was damaged. Order was refused. (Delivery guy was very nice, though. Cheers to him.) Reorder was accomplished through Home Depot. This time, Seko got it as far as their delivery terminal before losing the whole blessed thing. Seriously? An entire patio set? Three huge boxes? Really bad experience. Horrible, in fact. I wonder why anyone hires this firm at all. I personally wouldn't even let them deliver cat sand. Home Depot, Walmart--care to weigh in?
