Excellent leadership and operations staff here in the DFW office. They truly care about every shipment, and every client is a human to them not just a dollar sign. You can tell they have an entrepreneurial spirit as this office has roots as an independent company, now also utilizing a large network.

Their delivery company American Expediting damaged my new living room floor vents a month ago and have yet to refund me as stated to date. Everytime I call Mary hangs up and Elizabeth sends me to a full voicemail. Janette hasn't responded to emails or voicemails to date since informing me of the refund. I will be filing a lawsuit May 20th for unpaid damages!

I ordered a Traeger grill and due to its size it was shipped with a low cost freight service. When I received the box I noted some damage on the box. As you can see from the up arrows in the photo, the delivery guy didn't even have the box facing the right way. The "bottom" of the box was where the main electrical and moving parts are. The outside of the box didn't look too bad so I went ahead and signed for the delivery. I asked him to wait a min while I unboxed it to check for any damage. The inside was completely damaged and almost every part had damage. It must have been transported throughout most of its journey on its side. The lid/door comes preinstalled and it was off its hinges. I called the driver prior to him leaving my place and I told him I didn't think I could take delivery due to the damage. He said he would call his supervisor. I'm quite sure the call went something like this,

Delivery Guy: "He says its damaged, and wants to refuse delivery."
Supervisor: "Did he sign for it?"
Delivery Guy: "Yes I have his signature right here."
Supervisor: "Tell him to take it up with whoever he bought it from. Tear ass, you have other deliveries to make."

So now I had to order another grill. I'm still waiting on my claim to go through. Just be sure to inspect before you sign anything.

Worst delivery service by far. I ordered a TV fora friend as a birthday gift in late July. It’s mid August and the TV has yet to be delivered. The delivery date has changed several times even after arriving to the delivery port. On the day of actual delivery, we was given a 3 hour window for delivery. 3.5 hours into the delivery time, delivery still NEVER happened. Called the company to see what was going on and was informed the driver had been in accident and couldn’t deliver today, but they would call later on to reschedule the delivery. They never called. I called back to see the next date for delivery and the manager let me know basically it was an “inconvenience” for them to make the delivery because they’ve already prepared the delivery schedule for the week. Needless to say I still DO NOT have the TV or the delivery date. At this point I just want my $800 back.

They had my packaged for 12 days and never changed tracking until I had to hound them about where it was. Then i called to set up delivery and wasnt able to get in contact with anyone for 2 days. They then changed the delivery time we agreed on the night before and never reached out to tell me or confirm if the new time was okay. Luckily I was able to come back home to accept delivery but these types of things shouldn't happen. Will never use them again.

This is the worst logistics company I have ever dealt with. These people have lied about my product being delivered for 2 weeks! Prior to making a delivery date appt, they Said they had my TV only to come to find out that they didn't truly have it and it was not picked up from the airlines. I would recommend that if you did not have to use his company don't they are extremely unprofessional and dishonest you will have a badge experience each and every time dealing with them. I even had an employee try to convince me to send back my item for a refund and to order locally, I have never had someone that works at a company try to convince me to not use their services !

I ordered a TV through The Exchange on Black Friday. Shipment was created 11/25 through SEKO. Estimated delivery date was 12/11. 3 weeks post product entering the SEKO system, nobody has a clue where my package. Lost somewhere between Dallas and Virginia....item missing from the manifest. I am very disappointed, and so is my family. This was our families big ticket item for Christmas. Unacceptable.

The WORST ever customer service experience. I wish home Depot would stop contracting with them. I called their Chicago / North call center spoke to Diana numerous times ... Rude all the time. It simply wouldn't surprise me if they would go out of business within 2 years. And I only do reviews when necessary when service is extremely good or service is bad and this is the first bad one ever. This company doesn't deserve any corporate accounts. Diana needs to take a course on customer service. Terrible frieght company EVER. Please do not contract these people. Took 3 weeks to get a fireplace delivered. And it was a 2 hour trip. So if you are desperate for a product (or because my family needed heat due to the weather) do not use Seko Logistics. Sad ... They really shouldn't be operating at all and Diana should look for work elsewhere where she doesn't deal with people.
