One of the worst in business. Payments are never made on time. Accounting is impossible to reach. Complete joke. Never gonna touch a load for these comedians. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

booked a load with Jeremy Smith to deliver straight through by 6pm which worked out great because I had a reload first thing the next morning. Got to receiver at 5pm nobody there to unload. Called Jeremy he apologized and said he would take care of us. Didn't get unloaded till 8:30 am. Lost the reload and now 13 days later after putting me off with 1 excuse after another he can't pay us anything. Very unprofessional.

We have been working with Max Curley for 3 years now and every load we have done with him has been perfect on all ends. The rates are always competitive and the communication and clarity are second to none. His shippers and receivers have also been great to work with.

My company has booked 2 loads with this brokerage company, and both times we were given the wrong pick up number, losing valuable time and money on both. So you have to follow their procedures to the letter or lose money, but they can't bother to do the same for the trucking company.

Cussing dispatchers and the drivers is not professional! Dave Terrick.
Because of this, our fleets, totaling 54 trucks, will no longer be booking w/R & R express Inc. We are calling in for business, not to be cussed and talked down to! I get hiccups in logistics happen on the brokerage end but instead of putting together a game plan he resorted to some very unsavory behavior. Very unprofessional!

Stay away from brokering any loads. Still haven't gotten paid for a TONU. That little bit of money for it doesn't even compare to what was actually lost that day 2/8/22. Today is 3/28/22.

Driver refuse to park at a Truck Stop. Driver park at Food Depot in Hampton, Ga. The truck stop is 10 minutes from the Food Depot. We will get this truck towed if continues.
