I have no clue how this company is in business.
I’m pretty sure they’re all family and friends that are in the office. They have no qualifications whatsoever and no professionalism. They are lazy and expect the driver to do their jobs as well.

They do not care about their drivers period. You will get blamed and harassed for everything! You are just a number to them and they will replace you in a heartbeat. They cycle through drivers like toilet paper. You mean absolutely nothing to this company. The so called manager/VP is the worst. Always throwing up the fact that he’s the VP. Who cares? If drivers can’t make money it doesn’t matter who the hell you are…..They have absolutely no communication skills and lackluster management from the top on down. Just a bunch of power hungry fools who think they’re more than what they are because of a position.

Then they mislead you when you apply by telling you they have year around steady work. That is not true. Some weeks I was getting 1 maybe 2 local loads. Absolutely ridiculous!

They don’t deserve any stars.
Drivers stay far away, if you come here I guarantee you won’t stay long. You’ve been warned!! You’ll see

This company hires anyone. They have Hope Escamilla who has been harassing my family and children for 3yrs now, recruiting for them. They recently hired Maria Zavala who has also been harassing my family for 2yrs now. In the process of a protective order to even have peace at my home. Definitely would NEVER send anyone their way unless you want people who send their fiances to your home with guns just because they don’t like you. Sad!

Piss poor management. Poor rates for independents. Dallas to Beaumont TX 600$ rate. 600 hundred miles round trip. .50 cent a mile after fuel.

As an owner operator this is a good place to lease on to. No force dispatch. They will work with whatever schedule you want. Plenty of work, your truck will stay running. After fuel and other deduction I'm averaging 2,800 a week ..Im good with that..Gary runs the show very high energy person and a good guy. He will make sure you are making the money you want. Im satisfied
