My pickup broke down ( not bought here) on the worst possible place, Pine Ridge Reservation, I was panicking terribly, Finally got a tow truck. Now what am I going to do I called Paris Fisher Auto sales and Rentals, explained my situation with Mrs. Fisher, was able to get a rental vehicle at the last minute, I’m in Pine Ridge SD stranded, Chadron NE is an hour away, Mr Fisher DROVE TO PINE RIDGE to rescue me, brought me to his lot to pick out a vehicle to rent,
He was absolutely my HERO, I am so appreciative to have such caring honest new “ friends “…..I CANT THANK MR AND MRS FISHER ENOUGH!!!!

Amazing experience Paris Fisher Auto Sales! My old car quickly turned into a 2 ton paperweight at the "repair" shop and I needed a new car fast! I stopped by Paris', looked around and test drove a few cars! Paris was helpful the entire time! Once I decided on a car, he knocked a lot off the price because it was slightly over mileage! Within two weeks, I was behind the wheel again! TL;DR, Fast, easy to work with, kind business! If you're in the market for a car, definitely check here first!

Honest? Yes. Fair? Indeed. Friendly? You bet... but still a used car dealer. It comes down to being all about the money. That's the motivation here, much more than building lasting and real relationships except when it has to do with business. He'll walk off as you're in mid-sentence without saying a word IF you're not buying right at that moment to chase a potential customer who'd just wandered onto his car lot (this has occurred time after time after time this past decade). Highly annoying the more times it happens. Here in the United States of America the main goal for most businesses is to stay in business. Nothing noble or honorable about that, really. Them first, you later. You may tell more of someone by what they take than by what they give. Three stars... could be worse, could be better.

This was a simple rental request and we were pleasantly surprised that they accommodated us so much by making the car available for pickup after their hours. We booked in advance and were happy to see a car that had great mileage. They were nothing but friendly each time I followed up with them and we will totally look at them in the future when we find ourselves in the area again.

There was a slight hiccup when picking up my rental car but the issue was resolved within 15 minutes. I would definitely use again do to the ease and convenience of which they operate their business. The cars are not new like at National car rental chains but they are perfectly well maintained and clean. No complaints.

For one, he was friendly and tried to find a car that was in good shape for me. I have young-onset Parkinson’s Disease and needed a smaller vehicle. He found a Subaru Forester that looked to be in good shape.

I should have taken it to a mechanic first before buying, which was my fault. But I ended up trading in a very nice F-150 for this car, which needed over $8,000 in repairs (for a car listed at $7900). It barely lasted two weeks—all of the oil had leaked out of it and it had a melted hose inside, among the multiple issues. This could have caught fire while I was out on the highway, and I had no idea, because none of the gauges or indicator lights worked. I ended up trading it in for $2500 because I simply couldn’t afford to fix it.

This is not a personal attack at all, but please, please have the car checked by a mechanic before you buy. I was very disappointed that he didn’t get this to a mechanic that could find these problems first so they aren’t passed on to the customer. From the way it performed, it seems like it was bought straight from auction the week before with little to no inspection. I hope that closer attention is paid to this in the future.
