The NTS is a stubborn and wicked company in this town..They don't give out change and expect people to have exact change at all times.. if you give their bus driver a $ 20 bill you will never get your change back , they get to keep it.. all because it's their stupid policy..

Using the buses no problem but I mistakenly forgot my bike on the bus when getting off and grab it the next day then I was stirnly told it could have gotten impounded being penalized for being human not perfect is not right.

Most bus drivers are fine but the driver I had tonight was absolutely rude and verbally insulting if you want to have people like that driving the transit for the public then so be it but a bus driver telling someone to shut up while they're politely asking there friend something is unreal not being loud Noone on the bus was complaining about me. Try hiring some people that are suited to work with the public...

There was a dog that looked like a pitbull inside the Transit today. Please stop letting people put their feet up on the seats with their dirty sneakers. Please stop letting people curse on the bus. It's really offensive to many people. Stop letting people on the bus and inside the Transit who choose not to do personal hygiene. Please do better.

Drivers are rude and disrespectful. Also the managers don't care. If you complain nothing gets done. Not to mention they never leave on time. The schedule says you leave the transit center at quarter of the hour yet the bus drivers don't gets on the buses and starts loading passengers until quarter of the hour. You can't keep a schedule like that. There's no accountability so they don't care if YOU are late. It doesn't affect them so why should they care. Some are good but most of the drivers are plain assess.

If you are looking for a bus service that arrives late, drives right past you, and smells like pee, then this bus station is for you! Every time I take the bus, it smells horrible, the drivers are rude, or the bus just never arrives because they “didn’t think anyone would be there”. You’re better off walking.
