DHL nos bloqueó el envío en aduanas y no nos dieron ninguna solución ni explicación de porqué. Contactamos con Marine Air Land y nuestro agente fue Mario. Nos atendió perfectamente (y en español!) y nos explicó todos los pasos a seguir. A pesar de lo difícil que nos lo puso DHL, Mario pudo desbloquear nuestro envío y pronto recibiremos nuestras cosas! Muchas gracias!!! 10/10 volvería a contar con ellos!

I reached out to this company after attempting to work with two other larger firms that went out of their way to make sure personal communication could not be achieved.

Marine Air Land International proved very responsive, always available when I needed to speak with them directly including weekends and off hours. They charged reasonable fees and guided me through each step associated with importing our first 3500 lb diesel generator from China. The entire process worked smoothly and, as we move forward, Marine Air Land will be our import broker of choice

Excellent service! I was told by about 20 people that there would be no way to import my golf cart that I purchased in china. It had already arrived at the port, I just couldn’t find anyone to help it clear customs. These guys handled it immediately with zero issues!

I have nothing but great things to say about working with JR and the team. I recently finished importing a second vehicle from Japan (for personal use), and this was my first time using Marine Air Land as a broker. JR answered every question I had (and I had what I would consider an excessive amount) and would always get back to me within a timely manner. He never sounded frustrated with me or got angry despite my constant calls and emails. JR helped me through the process of getting the proper paperwork filed for my vehicle, and his team coordinated everything with me and the port (NY/NJ) for a swift and simple pickup. I was even able to register my car and drive it home from the port (you are able to do that in NY if you have the paperwork, which the Marine Air Land team provided, again, in a timely fashion). I'm incredibly happy with their service and their pricing. I've used a different company for my previous imported car, but if I were to do everything again, I would 100% go with Marine Air Land from the start. I couldn't be happier with this company's service and I would highly recommend them for anyone, especially people who are newer to this process (sorry JR) 🙂
