Unfair and unprofessional place to work at as a 1099. Was told that I could “make my own schedule”, “be my own boss”, and have “flexible hours” but that is the very opposite what I got working for this company(San Antonio Area). Dispatched named Shay, refused to give me ANY work because I had to get my car serviced(after not being able to for some weeks) and traffic on the highways was bad that I wasn’t going to be able to get back into town before my out time. Would not recommend working for this company in San Antonio/Austin.

Terrible company. Changed my hours and pay with no heads up. They tried to not paying me for being on call and still trying to get thay figured out. No structure, no consistency. Managers will lie to you and blame another old manager. The pharmacy you pick up for, if you do pharmacy deliveries will most definitely be late on having packages late. I got promised guarantee pay but that got taken away with no warning. Would not work for these people. They don't care about you. Corporate america company.

I think it would have been a great job if it would have lasted,more than 2-3 weeks here in Charlotte. Same route everyday, knew how much you will make every week. I don't know what happened.

Pay is not good. Have to work 12hrs per day to make decent to good money. And it’s a lot of time wasted with driving everywhere. Not worth the time, especially if you have a family
