Unfortunately, this is my first-ever review which is not 5-stars, though Tony has been unwilling to resolve this with us and I feel it is my responsibility to warn others, especially other brides, to avoid this service.

We hired Kristian Transfers for our wedding, for which we hired 2 vans and 2 drivers (this is listed on our invoice) for roundtrip transport for our guests. On the day of the wedding, just 2 hours before guests were scheduled to be picked up, Tony contacted my wedding coordinator and informed her the other van and driver were now unavailable. We contacted all of our guests to move the pickup schedule around, understanding emergencies happen, however what happened next is utterly unacceptable.

Tony costed us several hours off of our wedding day due to his incompetence. He was late for pickup in the 1 van (already only half of what we paid for) then sent his wife in a small car to pick up guests from another location, neglecting the scheduled pick up location of father of the bride, and then his wife returned to the same location twice which caused the ceremony to run over 1 hour late. At the end of the evening, we had him booked for return shuttles at 02:00. He instead showed up at 24:00 (2 hours early) and threatened my coordinator that if my guests were not at the road he would simply "go home" and abandon them there. He was incredibly rude to all of my guests, who otherwise got along with every one of our 12 other wedding vendors. This early departure again caused my wedding, which had already began 1 hour late, to end 2 hours early. I sacrificed over 3 hours of the most special day of my life due to Tony's selfish and unprofessional behavior.

After the wedding, I reached out to Tony requesting a partial refund since we did not receive the 2 vans nor the full hours as they were agreed on our invoice. Tony then proceeded to send me a string of 14 (yes, 14) harassing emails in which he denied any accountability, even though we have photos, records and receipts of proof in every claim. While we hoped to resolve this as adults, Tony refused to apologize, much less to refund our money for a service we did not receive. I already know he will surely respond to this review in the same abusive tone to prove my point further, as this seems to be his absolute nature.

I have reported this business for investigation by several regulating agencies, and in the meantime I warn all other brides... please go with literally any other transfer service on the island. Tony will cost you money, time, and stress on the wedding day- and will be horribly rude along the way to top it all off.

My wife and I are both experienced wedding professionals. We hired Tony for our own wedding day and sadly could not have had a worse experience. He showed up with only 1 of our 2 contracted vans, causing the ceremony to run late by over an hour. He then proceeded to threaten to abandon our wedding guests in the rural countryside if we did not send him 2 hours early from his scheduled departure time. My wife and I are devastated that we lost several hours of our wedding day due to Tony's incompetence. Both Tony and his wife (who he sent in her personal car instead of a 2nd van and driver as contracted) were rude to our guests and shockingly unprofessional the entire time. We are deeply disappointed by Tony's behavior, and warn others to stay away.

Kristian war stets pünktlich und zuverlässig, selbst bei Verspätungen hat er geduldig gewartet. Sehr, sehr freundlich und ein sehr guter Fahrer, ich würde immer wieder gerne mit Kristiantransfer fahren.
