Flatbed delivery can take an hour or more, the place is busy. They stop accepting around 2-3pm. Enter on Charles Willard street, wait on side of the street near the driveway and check in at guard shack. Untarp out on the street. You will be backing up the middle of the driveway, see pictures. Flatbeds will be unloaded right in the middle the 2 gates. Nice workers who are super busy. Warning, do not overnight park on Charles Willard, you could get a $65 ticket. They come around and write up trucks.

Outside Port O Potty for Drivers is absolutely disgusting. It should be condemned by local health officials. And whoever the company is that is responsible for maintaining it should be fired immediately! Disrespectful and degrading... UPDATE: The disgusting,degrading,and disrespectful Port O Potty problem has been addressed and resolved. The previous Port O Potty owners and maintenance company has been removed. A new and improved,cleaner,more respectable,considerate Port O Potty has been installed to replace it/them. Thank You for addressing that nasty problem and doing something about it.

Offload decently quick. But the line builds up fast. Either get here early or the night before. If its going to rain and your flatbed dont bother. They will not unload you if its raining. Pretty stupid policy, we got places to go. Cant afford to wait around for weather to get better.

Flatbeds get unloaded right outside the security gate. Makes untarping inconvenient because you have vehicles moving on both sides. Off-loading was not to awfully clock burning.

Poor customer service with security Guard Rude no communication skills not good for a company Speaks horribly about a company how you approach to customers.
Security guard banging on door opening my truck non professional I hope he gets addressed with manager.

Place is slow as hell ! You are gonna wait atleast 45 mins to unload .. Flatbedders get here early before those vans & reefer guys get there ..
