Been with company for while now and out all the lease programs I have been in this has be one the best. Company really works with you thru issues and Stacie in our maintenance department goes out her way much as can to help keep us moving. If looking for small company that sees you as a driver and not a number this place to be. My dispatchers Tom and Kris work hard keep me moving and bringing in the most money for shortest miles and home when I want and need to be

This is a great company! I’ve worked as a company driver and switched to leasing and made money both ways. Emily is a great dispatcher and if I do make a mistake we are able to communicate with each other and solve the issue. All the departments here accounting, safety and maintenance treat you with respect and understanding. 5 stars definitely

I’m 3 months in… I checked this review category before hiring on and weighed the reviews in balance for the simple fact that I don’t like jumping from one company to another.. plus coming in - I wasn’t in the best place financially and could not afford experiencing some of the horror stories Ive heard of many OTR companies.. As a Lease Purchase they have got me to the money - My dispatcher Kris has helped me see the numbers that I like to see… I find that they Value their drivers.. Safety is a priority to them.. If you communicate- you will get the necessary feed back expected from my experience so far.. The financial bind I was in when I came over is non-existent now.. The name of the company is just that- If you Give (or put the necessary work in) - you’ll Get one helluva return.. Give2Get… I’m Happy Over here and looking forward to being here for the Long Haul..

So far there are a great company.they have the best orientation.in and out within 3 or 4 hours . there not here to babysit you . either you gone to work or sit around.i been here gone on 2 month now and there not like any other lease purchase.

Great people,great communication, and willing to go beyond and above for drivers,I'm currently still here now ,and if somebody saying it's bad,that's a lie they just don't no how to make money and want somebody to just give it to em, that ain't how trucking work you have to grind and sacrifice to live like you want but overall ms cliona ,Simone, Cole, and the team is great 👍

My husband is a driver here for 3.5 years now. He is very satisfied with the company. Time off when ever needed no questions asked and pay check is deposited every Friday never had any problems. Nice friendly people to work with.
