Never again. I've been waiting for a package every day for a week that requires a signature. The driver hasn't left one door tag, knocked or rang my intercom. I left a big note on the door explaining that I'm home with a big arrow to the intercom button. Nothing. I drove down the FedEx station by the airport after being told I can finally pick up my package. Here is their customer lobby (see picture) it looks like a prison. When I talk to the person on the intercom, they tell me I can sit in my car and call every 10 minutes. This is a miserable situation. I'll cancel the next thing I order if the shipper uses FedEx.

Men and Women that work here are Heros.Everyone in this facility that works there are so friendly,kind,smart,funny and understanding.I Love working here I leave with a smile when I'm all done for the day and driving Home.I give this location 5 stars all day long.You can't go wrong using there services 🙂

Waited 2 days for package after the set delivery date and there has been no delivery attempt. Its impossible to talk to someone at this local branch so I drove 30 mins there and no one was in the office

this is a HORRIBLE place.. the driver was soooo stupid and went to a wrong address and next day he was coming to my address after address correction but the driver decided not to deliver.. and kept putting it off 3 days…i am sure he was SO busy, which was the driver owe fault(original address was philadelphia, pa which was a lie bc the sender put my correct address on the box but it was hidden by the fedex address correction sticker) and.. DO NOT use fedex if you have delivery choice

The ABSOLUTE WORST Fed Ex Center.. and customer service is no help. In all fairness, they do their best, but they’re being lied to too. After speaking, with seven reps in the Philippines, no resolution. That’s right! You’re looking up their reviews now, because you sense you’ll never get your package. You won’t!!! Your spidy senses are correct. No one here does their job. They LIE!!! Avoid at all costs. I’m not even sure how this place is still operating. They cannot confirm a delivery date. They’re already four days past when the package was supposed to be delivered. My sense is the package is lost, but they haven’t had the decency to admit it yet. They’re carelessly wasting my time, your time and the senders. I will NEVER use Fed Ex again. What a joke. The incompetence is outrageous and beyond comprehensible.

Warning to all: My time at FedEx has revealed a troubling reality. From package thefts and employee misconduct like smoking on the clock, mishandling packages, to downright inappropriate behavior such as urinating in the trucks, the list goes on. I strongly urge you to think twice before using FedEx services, both as a customer and as an employee. The lack of integrity and professionalism I've witnessed in the short time being there is deeply concerning. It's time to shine a light on these issues and hold this company accountable for its actions. Proceed with caution, your trust might not be well placed here.

I had a driver lie & say they “attempted to deliver” my package & that I requested a future delivery date. A week later & I STILL don’t have my package. I’ve made 6 calls, received 3 texts, 5 emails & there is still NO resolution. I’ve spoken with 2 different supervisors who were absolutely NO HELP! They keep telling me the same thing which is NOTHING! I wish we could put FedEx out of business because they’re useless & most of their drivers are horrible! I wish I could give 0 stars
