They were great to work with. They went above and beyond with a happy attitude. The shuttle was at the airport waiting for us at 1:30am even though our flight was late arriving. They had our car warmed up and ready to go. The airport after hours drop off service was great also and very easy. I will be renting here again.

Very recently moved to Kalispell because of my new job, but the car we brought had some issues needed to get fixed and it took too long to fix. No other car rental wanted to provide a car for me but Ethan at Dollar Rent A Car was so nice to help me out. Thank you Ethan, you were a life saver, and thank you so much for the great price. Best car rental experience we have ever had by far. The staff was fantastic, very helpful and friendly, they were super quick and the car was great! Also shout out to the driver who gave me a ride back to the RV park where we were staying.

Our experience with Dollar Rental Car was outstanding. The staff and owner Ethan went above and beyond to ensure that our family had an excellent experience. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH DOLLAR RENTAL CAR!

Our excellent experience continued when we returned our vehicle after a week's use. Mariah was more than accommodating. She actually returned us to our home and took the vehicle in herself. Personal touches like this are invaluable. Thank you to Dollar Rental again for an outstanding experience!

Paul was an awesome help for me when I accidentally booked my car for earlier in the day. He called me to make sure I was coming still and answered the phone when I landed and realized what I had done. He was a huge help the whole way, from pick up at the airport to getting me my car. Car was in great shape, in line with the vehicle type I ordered. Great staff, easy shuttle, no line/wait at pickup or drop off. After reading horror stories of the other rental agencies in the area during peak season, I highly recommend this Dollar location and will absolutely rent from them again.
