Purchased a 2011 Kenworth from them with a SL-400 . The cabs and chassis they sell are low mile trucks but have mostly DPF problems. Plan on some repairs to that system after purchase. They do a good job on masking the problem to get the truck out the door. SL-400 hook lift is very impressive though!

We made a big investment a few months ago. We trusted this company to spend our last 67k on this hooklift truck
We now trying get our business operating now we have this big issue for this big investment we should haven’t to be over charging our credit cards over 5k because of Cassone Truck and Equipment technician mistake. He/ She installed our DEF system incorrectly costing us a big problem
Our first ever containers just got delivered last week now we have minor set back problems with a truck that we trust spending all our saving on it.
Hopefully this company can help us with situation this our review for now. We will update the review later after dealing with big boss of the company.
Our proof is the bottom invoice. We had a couple dumpster deliveries set for this week now we have to canceled them
Because we not have a back up truck we spend that much money this truck though it was a good trusted company. Turnaround to see all those truck is high price Junk

I recently purchased a hook lift truck from this company for over $65,000 to then discover that their mechanic put a piece on wrong which now I have to pay over 5k to get it fixed and amongst other things. I literally only drove it back to Ohio and parked it while I was waiting on my shipment to start my new dumpster company. I spent too much money on this truck to have to fix an issue that was preventable if only your mechanic knew what the hell he was doing. As you can see it clearly starts the part was put on incorrectly. Make sure you have your truck checked before making any purchases from this company.

we had a defective part on a swap loader hook, lift, I called Marco and he had everything taken care of excellent customer service. part was shipped directly to us at no cost. We will be buying our next truck from Cassone!

We are very happy with the purchase of our 2012 freightliner and new SwapLoader sl406 hook lift system. Professional install clean and done right. So far the setup was everything Marco said it would be. We bought it over the phone. we operate in south west Florida had them deliver it to us they have in house transportation, company driver was very helpful, pleasant and delivery was right on time. SwapLoader had a defect in one valve which failed a couple weeks after purchase truck they helped diagnose the problem and ship the part out the same day. Great customer service has been my experience.

Great experience! Chuck had me a truck built, painted, serviced, added new wheels and tires, and delivered to my door in a month. The truck has worked flawlessly 6-7 days a week since delivery. Could not be more pleased ! Ask for Chuck !!
