Buenas tardes mi nombre es Mary Álvarez y para mí es un placer de tener el privilegio de trabajar para esta gran empresa quien cada día le han abierto las puertas a cada uno de los conductores que yo he podido referir y que a través de ellos hallan podido alcanzar parte de sus metas. Pero también aprovecho la oportunidad para solicitarles que deberían aceptar conductores que no hablen inglés ya que cada día se suman más con ganas de formar parte del transporte y así yo podría ayudar a formar parte de este sueño. Soy Venezolana y para mí es una gran oportunidad de poder llegar a ustedes para que cada uno de estas personas alcancen sus metas. Sin más que agregar les deseo muchísima suerte y que Dios los siga bendiciendo cada día ?

Great company to work for, the process of hiring was very clear and smooth. The human resource made it easy and explain the process with clarity and enticed me to ask questions. Certainly, the company shows transparency, and help you to understand their policies and clearly there is no ambiguities . The dispatchers are always putting a lot efforts to get loads. I just want to salute them . The whole team at Carolina logistics are courteous, respectful and hard working . I am excited to build a great business relationship and in the hope to get more vans and contribute to generation of income and smoother operations . I will always recommend this great company . Poor communication from the dispatchers, they don't give accurate information about the loads. They don't assign you loads if you don't give low prices. On one load they took $900 from me for 300 miles. My transmission broke and they sent another truck to complete the delivery and they took that amount from me for 300 miles. The rest of the payment was held for 3 weeks.

I worked with this company for many years and ended up being very unprofessional at the end with us. Yes, double brokering is very much illegal. It is against FMCSA legislation and can lead to severe penalties. They double brokerage and are fraud/ scam please be aware.

Have spent 2.5 month to get signed up my nice looking 2020 truck ? with Carolina Logistics! until their “security department” asked for my truck pictures Right after sent those pictures immediately got refused to sign up ? Due to .. truck pictures been photoshopped ? Seems like “security department” assigning Carriers by truck pictures instead it clean MVR record and Valid Trucking Liability and Cargo Insurance! ‍♂️ None sense dispatch ‍? Company Please don’t waste your time to sign up = your will get rejected from their security department for any nonsense reason

Bad company to drive for. They don’t listen to the drivers, they force loads, and they under pay. They will get you in trouble with the IRS and DOT. Read the fine print ladies and gentlemen. They are slimy people

I worked with this company for 5 years. Without a reason they stopped loading me. They stopped answering calls without the explanation. In fact they blocked my phone so I can’t get through. Unprofessional! Very disappointing!
