If coming from Shinjuku station underground, head towards the west exit (8). There is no sign for the Yasuda exit in the station itself (Google maps suggests this exit). Exit 8 is near the Met. Government exit, so follow signs for that instead.

The building is easy to miss but you need to go up to the 5th floor. Bear in mind the elevator is *tiny* and will only fit 4 suitcases - if traveling in a big group, one person should hold the lift door open (no sensors!) and someone should load the luggage into the lift and travel up with them.

Download the Bounce app in advance to show the staff your QR code as showing them your booking confirmation email simply does not work for their system.

Bounce is otherwise affordable and reliable - my experience would have been a lot smoother had I known of the above.

Excellent. I had no issues leaving my bag for almost 3 weeks. I got back early from my travels and they were happy to give me my bags early. A great and safe way to keep your luggage secure.
