Cuento mi experiencia personal, esta mañana hemos ido a alquilar un par de bicis, llegamos al sitio y la puerta está cerrada, me sorprende bastante sabiendo que el horario al público es solo de dos horas….estamos esperando 10-15 min y no sigue sin aparecer nadie, llamamos a los dos teléfonos q vienen en la puerta y nadie contesta, subimos a la planta de arriba y hay una persona que nos remite en inglés al piso de abajo sin darnos mas explicaciones…..conclusiones, podéis tener bicis muy buenas pero habéis perdido dos clientes, si el horario al público es de dos horas q menos q se esté en el puesto de trabajo esas dos horas y tercero si dejas teléfonos para atención que alguien conteste…la persona de arriba no se quien seria pero quizás alguna explicación mas no hubiera estado de más, aunque sea en inglés, no volveré ni lo recomendare a nadie en absoluto.

From 21/12/23 to 28/12/23 I rented a Pinarello at Bike Point Tenerife. They brought the bike to my appartment in Los Gigantes. Great bike, great service, nice guys. Will definitely book there again. A total of 500km with 13.000 mtr of altitude, enjoying every second.

It was an amazing experience! We went with our team to La Caleta with the bikes and there we ate something, it was the perfect morning activity!
The instructor was very helpful in any moment and the organization was so easy - definitely would do it all over again!

We came to Tenerife with the idea of renting a road bike for the duration of our stay. This was the nearest hire place which is at the back of the Mynd Hotel. Neither of us had cycled in Tenerife before but had done plenty of cycling on other islands. My friend had a back injury but was okay cycling on flat ish routes. Unfortunately there are no flat routes to be had and my friend was struggling with any type of climb so we had to abandon our plan.
Bike Point were brilliant with us from start to finish, we hadn't prebooked but were able to take a bike away the same day. They even fitted our own pedals. When we realised we weren't going to be able to ride, they took the bikes back and gave us a refund for the remaining days. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to cycle in this area. They couldn't do enough to help.

Was planning on hiring a road bike for a few days during our recent stay in Callao Salvaje and stumbled across Bike Point less than 100m from our villa.

Despite not having pre-booked, they were very accommodating and I was able to rent a suitable bike with no fuss or bother.

The bike was duly delivered to the store for pickup and they were happy to install my power meter for me, again with no fuss or bother.

They provided a few good routes, including one to El Teida which I rode after a couple of days acclimatising to the heat.

Return process also straightforward.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and good quality bikes mean that this should be your go-to location for bike hire in Adeje.

Hartelijke dank voor de goede service, snelle reacties per mail en gloed nieuwe hoge kwaliteit fietsen, want als je El Teide op wil moet je dit moet goed materiaal doen! Na een aantal dagen fietsen haalde ze ook nog de fiets op bij mijn hotel! Top!
