€90 (and a €100 deposit) got us two of their higher powered e-scooters for the day. Didn't face any major issues with them (rear brakes on both could use some new pads) but they unfortunately discharged before we could get back so we had quite a walk.

While this isn't their fault, it would be great if extended battery packs were available. I think we made it about 22 kilometers before they completely died. We came back with around an hour left so they gave us two freshly charged scooters to fly around on.

They also supplied a combination lock in case we needed it. If you rent for longer than a day, you'll also receive a charger for the scooter, but we could have probably gotten one if we had asked.

To give you an idea of how far they could get you, we followed the ocean front to the Arrecife Harbour and they died once we reached the airport on the way back. So don't trust the battery reading too much, you should treat the first two, of six battery bars as 2/3 of the battery capacity. One thing to note, the scooters had an Eco, Standard and a Turbo mode and we used the Turbo mode for the entire journey except maybe the last kilometer where we hoped we could limp them the rest of the way. You could probably extend your range by taking it down a notch to Standard mode.

Rented scooters and took them 10km up the coast and one scooter ran out of power. The owner gave us a number to call for assistance. No one answered. 2 of us got a taxi back to the shop for 25 euros. When we got back to the shop the owner showed us the phone we had been calling for help was switched off or had ran out of power. The owner refunded the 25 euro taxi and offered to give us new scooters, but there were no scooters with enough charge to swap with.

2 stars given as having to return early ruined the second part of our planned day and meant the group had to split up, with 2/6 going back to the shop. Plus, no charged scooters ready to replace our scooters and the phone we were supposed to call for help was switched off.

Prior to the battery dieing, we all had lots of fun riding the scooters around the coastal path. I would reccommend this trip but make sure the battery is fully charged & check the contact number works before you set off, regardless of where you rent your scooters from.

Poor service when we ran out of power on the scooters 2 out of 5 we hired we tried to ring the number we were given and given a 1 hour minimum relay service but got no reply we had to get a taxi back to company the excuse for not answering was his mobile phone was that it had run out of charge. Got a refund of 25 euro after a conversation for one of the scooters to cover the taxi fare and we were told the scooters had a range of 20 k we only did 10 k .So obviously 2 of the three scooters had poor batteries as the other 3 scooters made it back do not use this company if you want a good fun experience.

Had the most awful experience in this store, have never come across a man as rude and aggressive as this owner. Asks can I help you and when you try to speak to ask for something he screams at customers. Told us he would make 1 phone call and have 10 men there to break our legs. Please ladies be careful if you come across this man
