I am giving them two stars and here’s why. I have used amigo movers one time before and I had no issues. They were very good. They were very quick. And a very good reasonable price. However, I use their services again yesterday to move me out of the same place. They moved me into. The manager, Erik upped the price on us. The last time we moved we paid $437. This time we paid $550. And I understand but no big deal. However, I kind of feel like this time the customer service was not there. The politeness and the kindness that I had received from these gentlemen, the first time was not the kindness that I got from them yesterday. Also a bag of mine was left in the truck and when I ask them to bring me my belonging he said that he was not going to drive back out to deliver my one bag. As customer service whether it was one bag or a penny I paid for service and you forgot to take all of my items out. That’s not my fault. So of course during this move, they had an attitude, and I could tell by how they started to move my things. They ended up breaking my TV. And of course they don’t want to be held responsible for it, which is on the receipt. States on the receipt that they are not responsible for any damage is done to electronics, but however, they state that if something is damaged and it is justifiable, they will fix it over replace it. However, it seems like these guys yesterday did not want to take accountability for anything. I will take accountability that I was late meeting them at my new place because I got stuck in traffic in a car. Accident happened right in front of me. So I will take accountability for that. I’m not sure as to what changed from the last time they moved me to this time, but the customer service was not there. Now I have to wait until I get my bag delivered whenever I get it on top of having a broken charger for my vacuum cleaner and I no longer have my 75 inch smart TV because they broke it. And it wasn’t broke because it wasn’t packaged right. It was broke because they had an attitude and started being a little rough with my things. My TV even has a chip in it at the top. I’m not gonna tell anyone to not use their services. But please be careful. Like I said the first time I had no problems with them so I’m not sure what happened yesterday. And then it really got me upset when I was trying to explain to him that it’s a business. It doesn’t matter if it’s just a bag at the end of the day I paid you to move me and deliver all of my items and they did not do so. Then with the last hour or two, it seems like they started to move slower and slower and slower. And any time that goes over three hours they charge you an extra fee that is different for everyone every single time you use them. they definitely had an attitude yesterday and think that because I am black I don’t know Spanish. So when I explain to the manager about how this is a business and I paid you and I need my items. I told him that if I didn’t get it, I will call the police and he told me that if I call the police, they would tell me that I’m drunk or something. I have never been treated this bad by them before. The manager, Erik Villatoro was the only person that my husband and I were speaking to. So now we are out of $550, a $600 TV, and a vacuum cleaner charger. This was the worst experience that I had with him yesterday. That is the only reason I’m giving them two stars. Like I said the first time that I used them it was perfect. And then, when my husband told the manager that we had a different price quoted than before, he said that he never moved us before. So then I provide him the receipt for when he first moved me and then his exact words are I don’t know what I was thinking, charging this less of money. My TV has a chip in it at the top. They were the only ones who touched any of my belongings. The first time they moved me, they moved my TVs and everything, and there wasn’t a problem. So I’m not sure what was up with them yesterday.

Recently used them to move items into storage unit and they did an excellent job! From the initial phone call to day of the move I was not disappointed! They were on time, moved quickly (no furniture damage) and just overall a really nice group of guys. I would definitely recommend them and use their service again.

Amigo Movers were great. They accommodated my move date change with no problem. They were fast and efficient. No damage to any furniture when they moved my items from a large storage unit to my home.

I recently used amigo movers and had a great experience. I called and scheduled my move and when my closing date date I called to see if they had availability to change the date. Ultimately, they were able to accommodate the date change. I called a few days ahead of the move to confirm that I was on the schedule. On move day, they arrived on time and moved quickly but took great care of my belongs. They moved quickly and took excellent care of my belongings. Erik and his team did an excellent job and I'd highly recommend them.

They were recommended by my best friend and I was please with my first move! I have used 3 Amigo Movers 4 times and each time I was please even with 2 guys moving me the second time. They even help me pack some of my belongings. They arrive on time each move and waited until my appointed time. I love the fact that they wrap my furniture to prevent any damages. I thought my 3rd move was going to take a long time with 2 movers...all I can say is WOW and WOW, what an outstanding job with my bulky furniture. Very professional and packed my storage to perfection. Other than my sons moving me...they are my favorite guys and permanent moving company. The pricing fit my budget and I will use them AGAIN. I used Amigo Movers for a pretty large move and they were excellent. They took great care with my belongings and made sure not to hit or scratch any walls. They arrived 30 mins ahead of their scheduled arrival time (which I loved) and the crew were pleasant and courteous. The price was fair and reasonable and explained to me ahead of the move. Will definitely be using them for any future moving needs.
