Terrible experience.

I paid 1100 EUR for a car rental for the weekend and left a 3000 EUR cash deposit. No rental agreement was provided. I returned the car on time and in perfect condition. The owner told me, "Sorry, I'm not in the office; I'll send your deposit back by wire transfer." I agreed—big mistake. For two weeks, I repeatedly asked for my 3000 EUR deposit, but the owner barely responded, and when he did, it was always "tomorrow," "next week," or "don’t worry."

To resolve the situation, I had my lawyer file a police report for financial misconduct and send a legal notice to Mallorca Supercars. Only after that did the owner finally return my deposit.

In my opinion, Mallorca Supercars operates as a shady, semi-legal business. I strongly recommend avoiding it.
