Trying to get in a dock is very tight, the local straight truck drivers park everywhere, spoke to John the (boss has is put it) the local trucks are gone by the time your appointment is. " We're here to deliver to the customer" "I'm trying now for 3 years to make it happen. Just be ready for a fun time here. As you can see 12:45 pm and the trucks are still in the way !!!

Drivers of you have a load picking up or delivering here, reject it. Their local box trucks block your ability to back in. They do not care to load or unload in a reasonable window. Drivers/ brokers, save a headache and skip this customer.

They Emailed me at 8:45 the previous night confirming the delivery on agreed upon delivery that we setup a week ago. Delivery was estimated between 9-11 am they called and texted... good communication. they arrived at 9:45. They hauled away my old dishwasher which was agreed upon with my Costco purchase but wouldn’t disconnect it. It took me 3 minutes to do. Friendly and fast. But they didn’t offer to clean the dirty drain water that went from the kitchen to the front door from the old dishwasher. I am hoping future deliveries will be a little bit better since Costco just bought this company.

I wish I could leave a zero stars review. One of our customers contacted us to repair a tile that was broken by this company while doing a Costco delivery (see picture). The customer contacted me to repair the tile and said that Innovel was going to pay for the repair. The damaged was repaired and the invoice was sent. After over a week we could tell by our accounting app that the person responsible for our customer's account had not even opened the email or the invoice. I called the company and was greeted by a very rude person stating that the employee in question was sick with COVID and that is why she had not answered. Although, she also mentioned that everyone was working from home. The person I spoke with was rude and belligerent, while I was being calmed and composed. There was a bit of a resolution but not without this Innovel employee complaining about having to deal with me and the customer that had her property damaged. Horrible company to deal with.

It should be ZERO!!!!! No call and no showed 2 days in a row. I called 2nd day and was told 3 to 4 PM. I am writing this at 530 PM after another No show. I am a retired military vet and bought this refrigerator through the Base Exchange. Innovel Logistics was chose to deliver it an d it took almost a month? Still no refrigerator I will continue to elevate your lousy customer relations, disrespect and failures. What a bad company!!!! AAFES should be ashamed for using them too

Was told by night time personnel to back into the door, that the morning personnel would come in and unload me around 0900 hrs. Some morning personnel came in blowing his horn and beating on my truck door (waking me up) that I would have to move into the street. He jumped in his car before I could say anything. I was only doing what I was told.

Moral of the story...ask questions first and stop thinking that everyone is doing something just because. ..sometimes people are told to do something by people you work with...

Second...come up with a policy that everyone working within the company is on the same page...it's just common sense thinking

Drivers showed up outside if the 2 hour window. Was supposed to give 30 minutes heads up that they were on the way instead they gave 13 minutes. Then they left trash at the bottom of my driveway. I wish I could give no stars.
