I do not recommend! #1 you will burn through phone numbers as they get flagged as spam. Tested a new dialer for 30 days and none of my marketing numbers have yet to be flagged while utilizing competitor. #2 Pricing. I found a better system with more hours & features for half the cost. #3 Customer Service. I called & emailed for over a week to support. I literally had to complete a new client form and speak to sales before being transferred to support. #4 refund policy. I have over 80 hours of unused dialing time. They are refusing to refund me for those unused hours. I highly recommend utilizing another service! Unless you like buying and burning numbers multiple times per week!

Call Logic is a phenomenal service. I've only been using it for a few months, but my call productivity is through the roof now. Not only does it help overcome call reluctance, but it makes tracking results so much better with the ability to download reports in CSV format. I don't even have to do my own after call work. If I want, I can email the CSV file to an assistant and have them do it. I just had my first experience with support, and they were prompt, professional and solved my issue quickly. I cannot recommend Call Logic highly enough.
