This company hires illiterate and incompetent drivers. After three “attempted deliveries “ I ended up driving an hour to Aurora to pick up my own freaking delivery. All because no one could read a note in all caps that said to call me when they get here because the building is locked. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

Orlando went above and beyond to make sure my package was delivered. There were issues throughout the entire week, and he fixed it in 1 hour. This man deserves recognition for his efforts despite the weather. I offered to come get it and he told me not to worry and he had it taken care of.

Actually terrible shipping company. Paid extra to have something delivered before an event, the package came a day later than scheduled, and then the deliverer could not figure out how to deliver to my apartment complex and did not call or leave the package anywhere (we have a leasing office and package lockers). I called with detailed instructions for a redelivery, and they didn’t even put it out for delivery the next day as promised. I called again and was told I’d be contacted for an urgent delivery. Next day, no call, no package, turns out they aren’t open on weekends. The package will not come on time for the event and I’m majorly annoyed.

"delivered". I had a package that was being delivered via this company. Tracking updated as delivered 7/24/24 at 9:34 PM. We have a video doorbell - no one ever came to the front door. The confirmation photo of delivery was just a photo of my package and the shipping label, with no clear indication of where this was left.

I live on a military base, so it's unlikely a neighbor stole it by chance. I asked the neighbors if they had seen my package and no one had.

I chatted with customer service today via their website, they forwarded the request to the operations team, so we will see what comes of this.

Nothing like having your package say delivered but in fact was not. Oh the kicker someone forged my signature at 11:56 pm last night. All I can get is we will investigate and get back to you in 24 to 48 hours by email because heaven forbid a real person calls another. $260 worth of product gone. Absolutely wild this is so rampant in this company.

They say they attempted our delivery, but no one was home so they took it. Complete lie. We were home all day, and at the time they stated they attempted delivery, we were in the front yard playing with the kids. No one showed up, and there was never a sign of someone coming to our house on the cameras. They did not attempt to call, as they stated they did when I called and spoke with their rep. They couldn't tell me when I could go pick it up or where, and the next delivery attempt wasn't available until the following week. Absolutely pointless to use these shippers.

So impossible to get an update on an order. GLS was supposed to deliver frozen foods through a company I use and they marked it as “out for delivery” at 9:47am on Friday. It still wasn’t delivered by 5pm. At around 3:30 I contacted customer support to ask for a better estimate and all they told me was that it would be there by 5. I tried to call again because I needed to leave town and no one answered. Terrible customer service, please don’t trust them.
