Horrible delivery service! The guy that delivers to our property was nice at one point but became so bitter and now doesn't let us know when he delivers packages to our garage. He just leaves them there outside and we have had people steal stuff. He is also no delivering packages to any of the residents on our properties EagleBend and Buffalo Ridge and just leaving them outside, when they specifically have the unit numbers.

Truly awful experience here. Avoid pickups if you can. Customer service is terrible.
I’m sitting in my ride in their parking lot to pickup my package that they delayed for almost a week. Twice I drive from glenwood springs only to have them tell me it wasn’t ready for pickup - and that’s after they called and told me to come get my package.
Now I’m sitting here behind another guy waiting and I’ve been here for over an hour. I honestly can’t believe this could be such a terrible experience.

Terrible service, attitude and customer service - had a shipment that would have to be changed to a different truck than the typical 40 foot so it could be brought up my driveway, was verbally harassed for asking for a switch to a truck that would fit up my driveway, then separately Lance figured out how to get it done, followed by Adriana who clearly wanted to send the shipment back to sender, and actually did so even though all the criteria was met for delivery.
