These guys got me out of a jam on a Sunday morning. Tried two other local companies, one didn't want to come out at all the other was going to take six or seven hours. Eppler showed up in less than two hours and pulled me out of some deep gravel. It wasn't cheap but you can't expect discount service on a Sunday, especially when they have to send out the heavy equipment. Thx Eppler!

Hidden fees!!! Rip off!!, My semi truck stuck in the mud on the side of the freeway, I called dispatch agrees flat rate $2,250 for pull the truck and full loaded trailer out from the mud. We agree and once the tow truck arrived, they said they need another tow truck so they need to add additional charge another $1,150 for additional truck. I decline the services for additional truck because I paid $2,250 for flat rate all in, why they charge me another $1,150. Per dispatch, name Jessica if I denied additional truck, they will do full refunds.
I called many time Jessica doesn't pick up the phone and finally the owner name Holly called back and denied the refund. They didn't touch my truck, just send the truck for look at it and want to keep all my payment and denied the refunds. This towing truck company is totally a FRAUD and SCAM and Rip off whoever in needs. DON"T USE their services if you don't want to be ripped off and add more additional charges and hidden fees.

Very bad experience, would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Car was stolen in Fresno, CA while I was on a cross country road trip from Georgia. Car was located and towed to this location. By the time the car was located, I had already flown back to GA. I talked to the man at the front desk probably 10 times over the course of 2 to 3 days. I do not know anyone in this part of CA, so I asked the gentlemen to send me pics of the car or tell me any information about it. He promised 3 or 4 times to send me pictures, he never did. He told me the car was found in the river, by a river, and by the side of the road, just depended what day of the week I called! I am trying to understand if the car is in good enough shape that I should fly out and pay their outrageous fees ($450 for the towing, $65 a day for storage, $35 lean fee, etc...). Unfortunately, they were no help to a guy 2,000 miles away who had his car stolen. Quite sad that this was my experience after my car is stolen from me. DO NOT use these folks

We had a stranded rv at our park (retired war veteran) after more than a week this company showed up.. the first tow truck driver was amazing. It went down from there the driver said the stranded rv needed bus bars to tow due to independent front suspension. He informed them he would wait until the new tow truck showed up before he left. The stranded rv family got a call from this company dispatch and was informed yes we will send a truck but... you will need to send us another $375.. after already changing $1875.. the veteran questioned the dispatch and promptly got told he would get a call from the manager. He did and the manager quickly told him he was unreasonable and therefore they would not tow him. After they had waited all day. This all happened at 4pm too late to do anything else. After about 2 hours the dispatch called and informed them they had refunded thier $1875... and gave them the names of 2 other tow companies... the stranded veteran had already called them and they could not tow them.. Don't call this business they will leave you stranded!!

Blew a tire out on I5 southbound and this was the company our insurance found for us. They wanted to charge us $560 for a single tire, which we declined and scheduled for them to come put the spare on instead. After waiting an hour for them to show up they called our insurance company back and said they wouldn't come change the tire. We did our own research and found a place that gave us 2 new tires for the price Epplers wanted for 1. If you have other options I'd suggest using them. Save yourself the money and the hassle of dealing with this company!

attention, attention, attention, never use the services of this company, its manager deceives people who order the service, we have replaced the wheel on the truck, we have agreed on the Bridgestone brand wheels, but he brought the wheels of another brand cheaper than the previous wheels at the same price, and said you want to change do not want to change, but you need to pay for the service, if you do not have a choice since I also need the services of this company, negotiate the price before the service. They cheat people who need help.
