I am so glad I chose this store. I was helped by this amazing lady. Violet was wonderful and helped me ship a big box. Great attitude, friendly and the most important a “let’s get it done attitude”. It is moments like this I think there is still hope for young talent and customer service.

Made an appointment online for a notary service and on arrival to the UPS store, the notary wasn't there and wasn't due back. This leaves me in a bind and how unprofessional. I would fire that worker and get someone dependable, unless he's been in a car accident on his way to work or his house burned down in the middle of the night.

I cannot remember his name but the older gentleman who works here has got to be one of the kindest, most patient and helpful people I’ve met in a long time. He went above and beyond and is really a blessing. Thank you for employing such an amazing person!

So I showed up at this store today-a Sunday-your website said you were open-when I got there the employee that was working said I could not get a P.O. Box today because the owner wasn’t in! The website should state That!!! The employee looked at me with a tough luck look and attitude !!!! I will come back tomorrow-to another location-that is interested in my business!!!!! I am really tired of the attitude businesses have like “oh well too bad” all you can do is take your business elsewhere!!!!

Oh man, did Sam and the crew at the store bail me out of a jam. I left my glasses in my rental car and needed to get them home. The staff was on alert that they would be arriving and, once they did, wrapped everything up nicely and got them shipped out. While I don't recommend losing your glasses, I highly recommend this store!
