I called Wasatch Moving company about moving a specialty item. They told me they could do it and gave me an estimate. The person I talked to was efficient and friendly. I told them I was still shopping around and they gave me the name of another company that they thought would do a great job for my specific needs. I love it when a company is willing to refer you to their competition, if they know the other person is better suited to the job.

I used Wasatch Moving Company to move a guest for me and was very disappointed. I let them know ahead of time the guest would need help packing and disassembling items but movers did not bring any tools and they ended up leaving many items in the apartment. I spoke with Nate and he said he would go back personally to retrieve the items, but still left things the guest needed for safety even though I sent photos of everything that was needed. He sent another person from his team a few days later, and he ended up collecting the items but asked to use our tools to do so, as he did not have any. A few days later I visited the guest to inquire about the move and noticed the television was propped on its stand against the wall. The guest stated the movers said it broke in the move, I called Nate at this point on a Thursday to inquire about the television and spoke with Brandon, who apologized and kindly told me he would make sure I got a call back from Nate or the owner soon. By Monday I had no reply, so I emailed Nate asking him to call me directly about the situation. He promptly emailed me back, even though I asked for a phone call, stating his movers didn't have the tools to put the television in its base and all it needed was to be screwed in, and he asked me to call his mover directly and gave me his number. When I did, the gentleman stated the screws fell out when they were moving and they did not know where they were. I was hopeful that using this company would allow me to help my elderly guest with a smooth move, but what resulted was poor communication, in-efficient services and lack of follow through. I am sorry to say I will not ever use Wasatch Moving Company to move my guests in the future, and I sincerely hope they will be able to take this experience and grow from it so that others do not have the same results.

Wasatch was great in helping me move a bunch of odd furniture and boxes and art into a fourth floor avenues apartment with no elevator. Also very helpful with packing up a few odds and ends, and were almost too protective of some things! I had a lot of personal paintings that took a bit of time for them to secure and wrap, which was good on a wet day but was something I probably could have done with a friend's help and could have saved some time and money on the move. But overall, a really great experience considering the workload and amount of stairs involved in the new home.

I had a great experience with Wasatch Moving Company, and would highly recommend them. They were incredibly responsive from the moment I submitted a request for an estimate, and very transparent in their pricing. There was a mix up as to their arrival time for my move, but as soon as I called and asked about it the office staff was on top of finding out what happened and getting a crew to me asap. Once the crew arrived they were very professional and efficient. All of my furniture and contents of my boxes arrived in the same condition as when I packed them. Wasatch Moving Company definitely took out a lot of stress of my move and it was worth every penny to hire them.

Everything about the move went perfectly. The men were on time, professional, polite, and efficient. We reviewed everything when they arrived, they got to work right after that, and things went smoothly. The unloading was much faster. We had everything labeled as to which room it went in, which was a big time saver. They asked if there was anything else they could do to help, and got their gear back in their truck. The bill was reviewed with me first to itemize the charges. It was an easy and pleasant move thanks to Wasatch Moving Company. I have used them once before and highly recommend them to any one needing a moving company. They are the BEST!!

From start to finish Wasatch Moving Company exceeded our expectations. From being greeted promptly on the telephone by Brendan, who was friendly and enthusiastic when I initially called for a quote, to a comprehensive and thorough moving process. We are incredibly impressed with Wasatch. Daniel, Robert and Tony were an exceptional moving team! They were professional, organized, respectful and speedy! They made the moving process so painless. I cannot recommend this company enough. Wasatch Moving really understands moving and their entire team was an absolute pleasure to work with.

This company was great. Not only did they move my things from a basement to a storage container they also took a truck load to a donation center. The donation center didn’t take everything so Wasatch Moving took the leftovers to the landfill. They worked hard but were very careful not to damage furniture or walls. They were pleasant and cheerful the whole time. I will be using them again when my stored items need to return. I recommend them to anyone needing packing help for a local or long distance move!
