Hey Line 28! Anita, Sydney, Pedro, and Angel, the incredible team at Line 28 LoHi, have completely transformed the building into an exceptional place to live. Their kindness, dedication, and attention to detail have dramatically improved the community, making it truly amazing.

From the moment they took charge, their collective efforts have created a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere that makes residents feel at home. Anita and Sydney are always approachable and ready to assist with any needs, offering unwavering support and genuine care. Pedro and Angel go above and beyond to ensure the building is always in top condition, handling maintenance with expertise and a smile.

Their combined contributions have made a noticeable difference. Whether it’s Anita and Sydney’s warm and professional approach to leasing and resident concerns or Pedro and Angel’s meticulous care for the property, this team works seamlessly to provide an outstanding living experience. The common areas are always pristine, and their proactive attention to every detail ensures a stress-free and enjoyable environment for all residents.

I’m deeply grateful for the incredible work Anita, Sydney, Pedro, and Angel have done to make Line 28 LoHi such a wonderful place. Their kindness and dedication have truly elevated the community, and I feel fortunate to call this building home. Thank you all for making such a positive impact!

I’ve been living at Line 28 at LoHi for the past 1.5 years and I can honestly say this place has become home.

The apartment itself is amazing, always beyond clean thanks to the cleaning staff, and the team is always beyond helpful with any requests and on it right-away no matter what the ask is. We have a pool, grills, garage parking, and the location could not be more perfect. Line 28 is walking distance to unlimited bars and restaurants and despite going out to eat every weekend, I still have somehow not tried every spot and I never leave Lohi since I can walk everywhere.

As great as the apartment itself is, the biggest part of what makes this feel like a home is by far the amazing team here.

I have to give a massive shoutout to Anita, our property manager here. She’s not just managing this building; she’s really putting in the effort to make it feel like a community. Anita is always planning these awesome events for residents that bring everyone together—whether it’s a Breakfast burrito event in the morning or a summertime pool party, or some surprise activity, you can tell she genuinely cares about making our experience as residents as great as possible for all of us for all of us. Every time I run into her, she’s so warm and friendly, and it feels like she’s always trying to make sure we’re all happy here. It’s those little things add up and truly make a huge difference.

And then there’s Pedro, who’s basically a superhero in maintenance. I seriously don’t know how he does it, but any time I’ve needed something fixed, he’s on it the same day. Whether it's something small or more complicated, Pedro gets it done, no questions asked, and always with a big smile. I’ve never had a place where the maintenance was this quick and thorough—it’s such a relief knowing things are handled so well. Plus, he’s just one of those people who genuinely enjoys helping out, and always so fun to chat with when he has the time. Pedro's new assistant, Angel, has also been an incredible addition to the team here in the few months since he started!

I moved to Denver for work and knew nothing about the city other then I HAVE to live in Lohi (the neighborhood where this apartment is located. Over the past 1.5 years, I can say that living at Line 28 has been amazing, and I’m beyond grateful to have chosen to live here.

My experience moving to Line28 has been great and Elijah played a big role in that. He was very informative throughout the whole process and was always willing and able to answer any questions I had, and he was happy to give me tours with almost no notice on two separate occasions. Living here has been awesome!

edit: Just had my first experience with the maintenance team 6 months after moving in and they were excellent! Really good work, they responded to the issue promptly and followed up a few days later. Great place to live.

Fantastic apartment complex in LoHi with great access to downtown and the surrounding area. Anita the leasing manager was wonderful when signing my lease. There was great communication and the process was made easy.

I've had an amazing experience at Line28! Sheila, Elijah, and the entire Line28 team are extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever I have any questions, they are answered quickly and thoroughly by the team. The building itself is extremely well taken care of and has all the amenities you could want. And the location is in the heart of LoHi with plenty of restaurants and bars right within walking distance. I would highly recommend Line28 to anyone looking for an amazing living experience!

I'm moving to Denver soon, and I've found the perfect place to live in a great neighborhood. After MANY visits, I recently signed my lease.

Elijah was absolutely amazing; he gave his absolute best to help me find the best apartment for me in Line 28. His patience, kindness, and expertise were decisive as I needed time to make my decision. I truly appreciate Elija's exceptional customer service, and dedication. He made the entire leasing process a pleasure.

The maintenance by Pedro has been excellent. He made my time in the apartment feel comfortable. When the power outage happened, the garage door wasn’t working. Pedro physically would open the garage door to let cars in and out. A selfless individual.
