This was our second time using SJD taxi service while vacationing in Cabo. We did round trip transfers from the airport to our hotel. Every time we have used them, they are ON TIME, courteous and our vehicle is super clean. This is a professional outfit that will confirm your travel times and pick-ups going both ways. Our driver was super nice. I highly recommend them!!!!!

SJD Taxi was a fantastic experience. Having never been to Cabo prior, wasn't sure which airport transfer service would work best. From immediate pick up to open communication throughout, as well as very welcoming drivers, SJD was a great choice. Also, very competitive price point as well, with Premium SUVs (had Surburban to hotel and Escalade back to airport). Shout out to both Ricardo and Carlos, both great guys. When we come back, going to have to request you both and definitely using SJD Taxi!

Earlier this week I had to make my way by myself from SJD airport to meet with friends in Pedregal. A private transfer would have cost USD 80, which I wasn't willing to pay for as a solo traveler (would have been more reasonable if I am part of a party of 2-4), so I was looking for shared shuttle options. However, my research seems to indicate that shared shuttles would only drop off at hotels/ resorts and not private residences (including Airbnb, VRBO, villas etc.). I decided to email a few shuttle services to confirm if my finding is indeed accurate, and if so if there's a hotel nearby that they'd recommend for my dropff.

Of the 3 places that I emailed, SJD Taxi was the only one who replied to me (within a few hours too). I had a few more follow-up questions and they replied promptly each time (usually within a few hours, definitely under 24 hours). I ended up booking with them and it was a very smooth journey: I received a confirmation and pickup details the evening prior.

On the day of arrival, their representative was relatively easy to locate (per their pickup detail email), and I was whisked away to the car in 10 minutes. One thing to note is they seem to also use the name Transkema (in addition to SJD Taxi). It was an 8-seater mini van (i.e. driver + 7 passengers max) which I was really happy about because less passengers means less stops. It turned out that there was only another party of 2, so I got to my dropoff in under an hour after my pickup (i.e. the detour for the extra stop was less than 10 mins).

The driver was very accommodating too when I asked if he could drop me off 2-3 blocks before we got to the hotel (so that it cuts down 2-3 mins of walk for me).

Overall I had a very positive experience and I'd highly recommend this service/ company!

William was our driver and he was exceptional! Very professional, nice, on time and it was a very nice ride to the airport. We will definately use SJD Taxi again!
