Very nice, the ride was pleasant, comfortable, clean and the conversation was joyous. 1st choice for a taxi especially veterans and military personnel because they have base access and can drop you off on the base and not at the gate.

1st Class Taxi is the best way to get to the Naval Aviation Museum. They have base credentials and know the security personnel to get you in fast. Uber and Lyft aren't allowed in the base. Driver was friendly and communicated with us well as we organized our group of 6. Highly recommend.

I did not use the service but shuttle 838 repeatedly changed lanes and cut people off without a turning signal. Did not appear to have anyone in the car so maybe thought it didn’t matter. Still not safe, rude and not a good look for the company.

This was by far the best experience with a taxi company I have ever had. The owner is responsible, fair, and was exactly where she said she would be when she was supposed to be there. She connected the day before the confirm locations, and I had absolutely no worry about them showing up. Her vehicles were clean, drivers responsible, and she really cares about her business and her passengers. if you need care free transportation around Pensacola or Gulf Shores, this is the taxi company for you. Fair pricing with a wonderful owner.

The lady on the phone was so rude I was only trying ask for a ride and she said I sounded angry and rude then hanging the phone on me without even letting me speak I wasn’t angry or trying to be rude and when she called back I didn’t need a ride so she then texted me that she would block me this was really unprofessional

Ive tried twice in 2 days to call for a car and both times they couldn't help me. How do they have good ratings when there's no service? Fake reviews. I needed to come home from the hospital and they wouldn't help and today I needed to go to the walmart around the corner to pick up medicine and same thing. Don't waste your time w these people.
