Your driver/deliverer did an outstanding job. Before placing my unit in the driveway, he asked if the doors should open towards the roadway. I told him that wasn’t what I ordered. He placed the unit down and turn it so that the doors would open the way I asked. He was very professional.

This company advertises climate controlled storage. My belongings were returned to me with Mold and Mildew. The wooden headboard was covered in blue and black mold. They told me to complete a claim report then told me they were not responsible for the damage caused by their storage technique. This was a military move and I lost several pieces due to the damage and breakage. Do not trust this company. They misrepresent themselves in their advertisements and then say any damage is not their fault. I’m getting my attorney involved next. Do not trust this company!

I have a garage project to begin soon. Have to empty garage. I evaluated options, chose Pack Rat, and ordered online over the weekend! On Monday Michael the delivery and set up technician was fabulous! So polite, patient with me as I had to have neighbors move cars, then Michael placed with precision on driveway just a little to left 😀as requested. Very nice young man with a great smile! Yay! So easy!

Don was absolutely wonderful! He helped me find the best place for my container and explained the pick up process. Anyone else would have just kicked the can down the road but he took the time to provide not only best solutions but thorough clarification! I will definitely recommend Pack Rat to anyone and ask specifically for Don!!!! Best experience ever in comparison to previous moves with other companies… thank you so much for alleviating my stress during this transition.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. 1 or 2 hour wait times are normal. There's no way to contact anyone locally. The bureaucracy is beyond insane. An article in The CEO magazine says CEO Mark Kuhns "has a passion for customer service". Really!!? No one would ever be able to tell. If you value your sanity, take your business elsewhere.
